Return within 30 days if unused, original condition/packaging, with purchase proof. Excludes customs/non-returnable items.

Non-Returnable Items

No returns for used/damaged goods, personalized items, digital products.

Return Process

1. Email support@browsik.com for RMA.

2. Securely pack and ship to 255 West 24th Street apt 304, Miami Beach, FL 33140, USA, marking RMA.

3. Refund/exchange processed in 7-10 days post-inspection.

Refunds

To original method; shipping fees non-refundable unless our fault. You pay return shipping except for defects.

Defective or Damaged Products

Report within 7 days; we supply return label, then replace/repair/refund after check.

Exchanges

Based on availability; refund if out of stock.
